Yes that's right, MuscleNerd said his word about releasing Ultrasn0w tomorrow to unlock iPhone,iPod Touch and iPad running on iOS 5, and if you were asking about the baseband that this new version of Ultrasn0w unlock it, read the following:

Ultrasn0w will unlock these basebands: 01.59.00, 04.26.08, 05.11.07, 05.12.01, 05.13.04, and 06.15.00 basebands, so if you have any other baseband then you will not be able to unlock it, of course in order to unlock your iPhone you will have to jailbreak your iDevice by using Redsn0w 0.9.9b5.
